14-day return and withdrawal policy

You have 14 days after receiving your order to tell us that you wish to return it. For goods delivered to the European Union, you may withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days without giving a reason, subject to the legal exceptions described below.

To start a return, contact us at aleksandrtsokur83ua@gmail.com before sending the item. We will provide the return address and instructions. Items sent without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Return condition
You may inspect the item as you would in a physical shop. Please return it with all included parts and, where reasonably possible, in its original packaging. You may be responsible for any diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Keep your receipt or other proof of purchase.

Return shipping
Unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or we agree otherwise, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning it. If the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can arrange an appropriate solution and cover the required return costs.

Exceptions
The 14-day withdrawal right does not apply where the law provides an exception, including goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, perishable goods, sealed goods not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed, and digital content supplied after you expressly agreed that performance could begin and acknowledged the loss of the withdrawal right. Gift cards are non-returnable where permitted by law. Discounted items remain eligible for return unless a legal exception applies.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, request a return within the 14-day period. After the return is accepted, place a separate order for the replacement item.

Refunds
We will reimburse eligible payments using the original payment method. Under applicable EU withdrawal rules, reimbursement is made no later than 14 days after you inform us of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or you provide evidence that you sent them back, whichever occurs first. Your bank or payment provider may need additional processing time.
