SHIPPING POLICY

Order processing
Orders are prepared after payment authorization. Processing and delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weekends, holidays, carrier delays, customs checks, weather or an incorrect delivery address.

Estimated delivery
United States: approximately 3–6 business days.
International destinations: approximately 12–26 business days.
The estimate shown at checkout applies to your destination and is not a guaranteed delivery date.

Tracking
When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update after dispatch.

Address changes
Please review your shipping address before completing checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at aleksandrtsokur83ua@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered processing.

Duties and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country. Unless checkout states otherwise, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Delivery problems
If an order arrives damaged, is missing items, or has not arrived after the estimated delivery window, contact aleksandrtsokur83ua@gmail.com with your order number so we can investigate with the carrier.
